A Midnight Dreary (2011)

Freelance journalist Allan Roderick is sent into town to cover a story on a theater group that claims to be able to materialize spirits. After checking into a bleak Bed & Breakfast, Allan begins to experience strange happenings in his room while having flashes of his lost love, Lenore. Concurrently, Allan learns of the apprehension of notorious serial killer, Grim Reaper, after the body of his last victim was recovered. However, the investigation continues when something mysterious is revealed, leading the police on a hunt to find Allan.
