Details:

Open market, Viaduto do Chá, selling places for street vendors and their varied products. Testimonials from dealers that justify their function due to the low wages offered by traditional companies. Without regulation in the City Hall, many of them are victims of frequent ‘rapas’ of the inspectors. Narrator explains that ‘underemployment’ is used by migrants or peasants from the interior, disqualified for the formal labor market.
