Talking about his childhood, about the life of his family, about school and the yard, about the child’s perception of “adult” things, the characters tell about the life of the city, embroiled in great misfortune, about the strength of the spirit and unquenchable thirst for life. From each program you will find out who the child of the blockade has become, what his vocation and profession are, what a gift the universe has received due to the fact that one little man lived to see VICTORY DAY. The film “The Children of the Blockade” is the winner of the contest “Golden Pen-2007”, and became the finalist of the national award “TEFI-2008” in two nominations - “Best Documentary Series” and “Best Cinematography”. A project operator Dmitri Frolov received a bronze “Orpheus” in the nomination “Best operator of a television documentary”.
