Leading a generally dissipated life, Jack is sent into the West by his father. He meets Dare-Devil Anne and she reforms him. When Jack wired his father that he intended to marry Anne, the old gentleman took the first train West. The cowboys took him prisoner and he was treated to the unique ceremony of watching his son marry through a large telescope on the mountain side. Still obdurate, the “boys” playfully held him over a yawning chasm until he consented to the marriage. Later, the father met Dare-Devil Anne and what follows make 1,000 feet of good comedy. |
