Set in Argentina in 1978 during the military regime, ‘Santiago’ is the story of Santiago Marchi, a university professor who is kidnapped and imprisoned for opposing the regime. He resists the violence of his captors by drawing images that maintain his sense of dignity and freedom. The drawings become his legacy for future generations. |
