While out exploring the countryside one afternoon, a pair of youngsters become the unwitting pupils of a mysterious series of tableaus. Singular figures, frozen in time in the woods just beyond their farmland, become the children’s first connection to a history yet unknown. What lessons from the past will they take with them as they make their way back home? |
