This magical tale is for young teenagers and everyone else that believes in the power of imagination and kindness to solve even life’s darkest problems. Here an abused and neglected 13 year old girl is unexpectedly befriended by the kind pizza man downstairs. Then, while she is trying to help her friend save his pizzeria from greedy neighborhood gentrification, she inadvertently brings together a new family. Together they turn the neighborhood growth from a threat into a new prosperity. All of the good-hearted characters are vulnerable and imperfect separately but they are perfect for each other. |
