Kato Sait is a petty criminal who has been in and out of the prison system since adolescence. He’s always been in the wrong place at the wrong time. When evidence implicates him in the kidnap of a young teen aged girl, Ray is forced to go up against a cop culture he’s been a part of his entire career. Detective Unic’s experience keeps them one step ahead of the investigation as they execute his master plan. Kato knows he will be the fall guy.
