A present-day grounded fantasy that unravels a tangled web of secrets and imagination. A young fiction writer named Mack struggles with his ability to make what he writes a reality. Fearful that his gift will hurt others, he meets a peculiar girl named Alice, who may know more than she lets on. Upon learning to use his talent for good, a cat and mouse game ensues between Mack and a mysterious man named Drake.
