Emma, a resident nurse at a care-home for the elderly, struggles with an unresponsive resident, Bill, who is believed to suffer from dementia. Bill is in his first week at the home and appears to be disconnected from his surroundings and the other residents. All Bill seems to care for or show any sign of interest in is music. Growing increasingly aware of Bill’s passion for music, Emma seeks ways in which she can connect with him and help him to recover his sense of self. |
