An antisocial veteran wakes up on Skid Row in Los Angeles with severe PTSD and amnesia. Although he has instinctive medical and fighting skills, he is unable to recall his own name, and the homeless community dubs him after his only identifiable feature: his military boots. As he slowly recovers from his condition, Boots struggles to find a connection with the other lost souls around him while surviving the every day dangers of the street and battling a mysterious government agency that pursues him. |
