TLMC is a sentinel soldier from the Chronodeon, a misterious corner of the universe where video-roaming is made possible through captured human memories. On a mission to find information about soap bubbles, a system error finds him trapped inside specific memories belonging to the inhabitants of Victoria in a 2010 time co-ordinate.
