Adrienne Crowe is at the top of her game. Businesswoman of The Year honors and a career that’s second to none, have given her even more drive to succeed. In her fast paced, craft driven life, there’s little time for recreation or play; and no time for settling down with a family. When an untimely condition sends her to seek medical help, a chance encounter with a wandering little girl named Justina, changes her life. Justina, while waiting the outcome of her own mother’s medical condition, wanders the halls and is attracted by a one eyed teddy bear in Adrienne’s room. Adrienne ushers Justina into her room, offering her to hold the teddy bear-a personal heirloom that she’s had since she was twelve. They laugh and share with each other, and when it’s time for Justina to go, the truth about who this little girl really is, tears both her and Adrienne apart. |
