Every time Natalie thinks that she is about to get ahead, something happens to pull her back down, so it seems. Having lost yet another job, Natalie is feeling down and depressed, that is until she is visited by her faith, optimism and hope, “The Light.” After a brief exchange, Natalie once again feels hopeful and decides to join her former coworkers for dinner. As Natalie is walking back to her car, she is approached by a creepy dark figure, which turns out to be Natalie’s doubt, fears and past “The Dark Side” that begins to attack Natalie’s hopefulness. After a debate with her dark side, Natalie’s hope begins to slowly fade and she is left at a crossroad. |
