An obscure 1997 TV movie starring MC Hammer, a cameo by Melissa Joan Hart, and four of Melissa's actual siblings. The movie centers on a group of kids who decide to enter a hip-hop contest and win money to help pay their mom's debt to the IRS. A chance encounter with former music star Kendrick Bragg (Hammer) - aka Kik n' Bak Flash - leads them to seek him to help them out. Sounds cheesy as heck, right? Rest assured... it is. This movie was essentially lost to time after its initial airing - until now. Copies of it are very hard to find, and most people who see snippets insist it was a fever dream they had. But here it is - I captured it from a VHS copy I bought recently, and am now sharing it you all. The video's a little choppy during the end credits, due to an editing error, but I just decided to leave it. Without further ado, here it is. Enjoy it... Or not. Whichever you decide. ...more
