1961 produced by Joseph E. Levine directed by Emimmo Salvi. Starring Bella Cortez, Rod Flash Ilush, Liliana Zagra, Furio Meniconi, Roger Browne, Omero Gargano, Annie Gorassini and Gordon Mitchell. Filmed in Eastmancolor Supercinescope. Mount Olympus finds its peace broken by a horny Venus and some randy gods. Took four people to write the screenplay. Should be a delight for fans of bad movies.

Mangled mythology

these chest-expansion contests can be entertaining. The worse they get the funnier they are, and this Olympian mess is hilarious. What the hell were they thinking? Who cares?

It Can't Get Any Further Over The Top
This Italian (dubbed in English)film concerns Jupiter and Mars and Venus and Vulcan and it's just utterly bad. The color is somewhat faded but O.K. The

sets are stage-bound cheesy or out door cheesy. The actors dubbing in the dialogue sound as if this dreck is "King Lear" or something akin to it. Viewed one way it's very juvenile. Viewed another way, it's a homosexual beef-cake parade, viewed another way it's just about the worst "sword and sandal" film ever made. View it at your own risk. A Steve Reeves picture it ain't.
