Yup, got to admit, wasn’t sure about this from the first episode, but gave it a chance, and now I’m glad I did.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for on youtube. After people watch this can you explain to me the ending. I don’t want to ask any questions or be less vague because I’m not adding a spoiler tag to this.

Turns out the woman in the truck that picked her up was THE serial killer the exposition at the beginning of the movie was referencing and she was taking her home eat her. I didn’t see that coming.

This is actually a good movie aside from all of the negative comments. Channing Tatum did a wonderful job, as well as the other well-known actors. Definitely a plot twist, which makes me want to know more. give it a watch 10/10

Surely Comedy Central, imdb & TVmaze got the memo that Trevor died a while back. Funny show. Even though some may be waiting for a 3rd season, Happy trails Trevor. You were the tops.

The original Wild Target for fans of the remake with Blunt, Nighy & Grint. This one done 17 years earlier with the late Marie Trintignant (1962-2003).

Epix did 3 seasons of Get Shorty with Ray Romano, Chris O’Dowd, Lucy Walters, Sarah Stiles, Megan Stevenson, Elizabeth Ryan, director Amy Seimetz & more. If you dig the movies, this is a good binge.

Very entertaining sequel to Get Shorty. If you stumble upon this comedic gem before watching Get Shorty, I suggest watching the first movie in this franchise, Get Shorty.

The Grand Tour (2016) S6 E1
MyDogLikesMe 2 points 2 months ago.

How fitting that we see these three legends Jeremy, James and Richard tearing across the salt flats with their asses about 6 inches off of the ground towards their final destination. Absolutely great entertainment .. as we watch them fail and then continue and fail again we’re right there with them experiencing every success and failure. Feels like I was right there with them, what an experience.

Farewell to the three legends in this final special. They’re each doing independent shows, but they will always be pure magic when together. Top Gear / Grand Tour should go down as one of the best shows of our generation, even if you could care less about the cars…It’s about these three idiots.

Yes, I can see the (seeming) lack of interest here. Perhaps it is watched by millions > in other places?

I’ve loved this series for years, now. Very pleased it is still running.

Back before this site had it’s (quit posting links) hiatus, I had uploaded all the missing AE episodes to vid hosts - and added links here - really enjoyed that, but wow - that took awhile.. haha -
I’ve been keeping up to date with the new episodes > adding them to my AE archive.
I love great documentary series like this, and will often do binge re-watches. They are much like good books you re-read.
I have collected entire series of many of my favourites - BBC Arena, Omnibus, Storyville, etc.

PS. Your latest profile pic is brilliant, it is absolutely a ‘grasshopper rex’ 🦗🦖

Joker: Folie à Deux (2024)
Odie -6 points 3 months ago*.

Dont be so quick to judge. The movies not even out yet, but also its the same writers/director from the previous one so They can see fit to do with their story line as they want. Also if you know anything about Todd Phillips, watched any interview with him even when he was doing the hangover movies you would know a musical or even partial musical isnt that bizzare. Hell he even produced the movie ‘A star is born’, Thats where I beleive he got to know lady gaga in the first place. Not to mention the Joker did a bunch of songs in the comics, Hell I think Mark Hamill even sang a song when he was doing the voice of the joker in ‘the killing joke’ Get a grip dude.

Amazing show! Loved every part of it. And even more amazing is the fact that it’s getting rebooted again. Sad that few stars from the show are no longer with us, but we will keep them in our memories.

I’m not totally against the plot but it feels a bit undercooked. We’re at episode 5 for this series and we still don’t know what’s going on really. On the plus side, the action does make it for that.

The same thing could also be said for those who claim to be progressive as well as it’s also hard to tell which one of those people genuinely love and care for whatever it is that there watching to those that are just saying those things because it’s the in thing to say.
If you like this show then more power to you but this is show is one that I can’t get behind even more so when there are other better fantasy shows out there right now which are dominating this show in noy only viewership ratings but also getting more praise and more love from both the critics and fans alike.

I haven´t started watching the 2nd season yet.
But I do tend to watch something & make a decision on whether I liked it or not.
I do not care if some guy in Australia says it´s bad, or a critic in Hollywood didn´t like it.
Or a Forbes article says the viewing rates have dropped. I do not care.

Forbes put out an article all about the declining numbers for season two which I will be more then to happy private message you about. There are articles all about how the show does disrespect Tolkien and how the makers of the show hate him and while yes you are right adding in more stories to an already established world can be a good thing for something like The Lord Of The Rings where both the world and the lore are so rich in the first place you do have to take extra care just due to how well liked all of the books are in the first place.

Just what we need…another Medical Drama where the main character is a Doctor who is a “renegade” of modern medicine. Where the main character is so Kookie and “sees” things differently then those around him and the SFX are all so funky looking.
The commercial for the series is cringe worthy.

Brilliant Minds (2024)
fcginmexico 1 points 1 month ago.

Yeah if you would watch it for the “characters” of House or even Sheldon you will come out on the losing end as there is nothing like that in here. D House for me always was like a medical comedy and this is meant a pure medical drama….as you mentioned in your otherpost Wolff is “bland” and i think only the last 10sec of the 2nd episode migh make him more interesting, but i agree that you dont watch this for laugh or a schuckle like you could do with House.

laurie621 0 points 1 month ago*.

It’s not necessarily for a laugh or chuckle.. I love dramas as well… it’s for entertainment and “bland” just doesn’t do it for me… For instance.. Mozart: Rise of a Genius…it’s a short series, done in a documentary way and I loved learning about him and classical music of which I knew so little. Very entertaining and informative at the same time.. I loved it.. Cooper and House, as you said, are just entertaining… and if you think about it..even documentaries are done in a way to hold your interest and entertain at the same time. Wolf to me..so far anyway, is like trying to read a boring book and from what I got out of it, what it’s about is theoretic and not factual.
