Thanks for the link. One thing I know for sure is the CIA is great at deflecting blame and using scapegoats to take the fall for their dirty work. As far as Manson is concerned who knows. There have been so many conspiracy theories, and they still keep coming and the man has died. I think it’s like beating a dead horse.
