ok writing, nice pace, grimy aesthetics and subtle music; flawed characters with fractious relationships, making their ways.. might have had more meaning than what i derived, but never the less a slow meditation of an older generation in working poverty, sufferings of a forgotten suburbia.. a little charles bronsony but whatever.
