Something else I didn’t know. Might be I should start to take the time to watch some of these ‘golden oldies’ that I never really saw from back in the day, esp. the B&W ones, not that I didn’t see my fair share of those, I started off with that and a set of rabbit ears until they came up with the great idea of color, the after that cable, and see what I see, starting to think I really missed something….
The info may not be useful, but it’s fun trivia. Our first tv was a small Philco B&W about the size of my laptop. It had rabbit ears also. Made cool sounds when it was turned on & off - kind of like old 1950s sci-fi sounds. Later on, we used those as sound effects on an album ♬
